Tony was a larger than life character and a commanding presence on stage with a great sense of humour. His timing was impeccable. We had so much fun together over the years in FADLOS. So many shows, so many memories. Each pantomime dame was a truly professional performance, like many of the other roles he played. He was also a friend and a hard working husband and father. We will all miss him but I'm sure he's giving a great performance in that theatre in the sky. We just wish he was still here. Grant Harrison

I’ll always have numerous fond memories of Tony. From our first school play together nearly 60 years ago - to the many years on or off stage with Theatrecraft in Herne Bay. An old friend and chum who will be very sadly missed x

My darling husband, you were truly the love of my life and I thank you for fifteen fabulous years. I am heartbroken but I will carry on looking after the family as I know you would expect me to, and our terrible twosome Alfie and Darcey. When you died you took a piece of my heart with you and left me with a big empty hole that no-one could ever fill. One day I pray we will be reunited.xxx
